And Earthquake in Myanmar... well, it's aftermath is what inspired this work.  A 7+ Earthquake devastated that country and it's response was extremely practical.  Do whatever it takes.  That may seem like common sense... and it should be.  If you're in logistics at all... you need to absorb this idea.
